Welcome to Len’s Heating & Air Conditioning
Our company takes its name from Len Meola, who owns and oversees Len's Heating & Air Conditioning with his wife, Terri. Len grew up in the mountains of Italy and was pursuing his career as a mathematics teacher when he and Terri moved to the United States and chose to settle down in Northeastern Ohio.
Their neighbor, a heating and cooling contractor, encouraged Len to develop his natural ability to diagnose problems and design solutions. In 1972, Len earned his license and founded Len's Refrigeration.
Since those days, the business has grown into one of the best-reputed HVAC companies in the Northeast Ohio area. Through the years, Len's customer relationships have expanded to include extended families and multiple generations. Many long-time customers still refer to the company by its original name, Len's Refrigeration.
Len and Terri continue to ensure that everyone on the team makes decisions and does business based on the same truth, integrity, and value on which the company was founded.
Len's Heating & Air Conditioning is careful who joins the team. Each employee has to pass a thorough background check, and Len's is proud to have a drug-free workplace.
Family remains at the core of how the business is run. Len still enjoys being out in the field, and his best days are when he's meeting with customers or assisting his team with a challenging system design or installation.
